When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your skin! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 60 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are Mad Hippie products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny certified. Most of our products are vegan, with the exception of our SPF which contains ethically sourced beeswax.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to a wide variety of countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a seamless checkout experience.
Are your glass bottles recyclable?
Sustainability is core to our mission. Our glass bottles are fully recyclable, and we partner with TerraCycle to ensure our pumps and sprayers can be recycled properly as well.
